I notice there's some confusion on the languages on the poster. The language is "Ionian", and it is a Latin that was hastily adapted shortly after the divine war. They're not necessarily meant to be translated since those details are not important to the story. Most of my English-speaking readers can't read the signs and those who do know Latin will notice some things aren't quite right. Over the course of 500 years after Latin was adopted as the main language, it evolved and changed. The language isn't regulated very well so there's no spelling reform either, so some words might be spelled differently from region to region. The short answer, it is what's called a "conlang", or a made up language, based on Latin.
As for what the poster says, they're the details of the reward for finding her and bringing her home safely that the King detailed at the end of Chapter 3. :)
